Drill Execution

Utilize and practice quality footwork to square up to the basket in this drill utilizing the curl cut pull-up jumper. Notice in the drill how the shooter steps with their inside foot (closest to the basket) followed by the outside foot in squaring their shoulders to the hoop before releasing the shot.

  • 30 seconds of curl cuts on each side of the court.
  • Vary distances and work to maintain balance even as you become fatigued.
